申请荷兰语mvv签证准备材料

北京皇家荷兰语培训学校为您提供如下信息：

You are requested to report to the embassy in order for your visa application to be processed. You have to make an appointment on our website to submit your application: www.hollandinchina.org.

为了受理您的签证申请, 请您到使馆报告。

签证处每周星期一至星期五9:00至12:00对外办公。您需要预约：www.hollandinchina.org.

Please bring this letter with you.

To enable the authorities to judge whether you are eligible for admission to theNetherlands, please also bring the following additional information and documents with you:

为了有助于荷兰有关当局正确审批您是否可以入境荷兰, 请带上以下额外材料:

(x)           A valid passport – containing a blank visa page – valid for at least 3 months after issuing the MVV visa,

(x)           One fully completed and signed  MVV application form with one recent, resembling picture attached (can be downloaded from our website),

(x)           For Chinese citizens: your original and complete family "hukou" book (plus photo copy),

户口本元件以及复印件

(x)           If you are married outside the Netherlands, your legalised notarial certificate of marriage, not older than six months (plus photo copy) and your  original marriage certificate (plus photo copy),

如果结婚了，结婚证书的公证认证书，并且认证书认证时间不可以超过六个月

(x)           A photocopy of the passport of your spouse or registered partner (except blank pages),

您的伴侣的护照的复印件

(x)           If applicable, proof that you have passed the civic integration examination.
